Lovily is a web-based product that helps you generate one suggested text reply at a time. You are responsible for how you use the service and for anything you choose to send.

By using Lovily, you agree to use the service lawfully and not in a way that harms other people, the platform, or our business.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, or used in violation of these terms.

Lovily Pro is offered as a recurring weekly subscription at $4.99 per week unless a different price is shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal. If you need help with billing, contact support@lovily.app.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case unless required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Lovily for unlawful harassment, fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.

We may remove access, suspend accounts, or take other protective steps if we believe the product is being misused.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of Lovily at any time. We may also update these terms as the product evolves.

Your continued use of Lovily after updates means you accept the revised terms.
